A little bit of history…

Virtual PA Co was started in 2001 because I needed the service for myself. I couldn’t afford a whole secretary on my own so I decided to share one. Now I share many with hundreds of businesses across the UK.

The team at Virtual PA Co enabled my husband to quit corporate life and start his own business – they practically run his front and back office.

The vision was always to allow SMEs to look and feel bigger than they are, to have gravitas in their field and importantly to be able to focus on what they do best instead of being hampered by answering calls, sorting admin or logging and chasing up invoices for example.

I’m hugely proud of what they achieve and every time I walk into the office and hear how they help people like me and my husband, I feel the relief that their clients feel at the other end of the line.

Sometimes the best words to hear are along the lines of

‘I sorted that for you’
‘Don’t worry, leave it with me’
‘All done’
‘Dealt with, no action required’

If that sounds good to you, why not give them a call and have a chat to see if they can help you too. Just say what your business does and let them tell you how they help others in your line of business, ask them what it costs (it will be a fraction of the cost of a salary I promise), perhaps talk to another client to see how they find the service.

And if you decide to go for it, then give it your all, but remember there’s no contract or lock in so if it doesn’t work for you you are not obliged to stay with it.
